RE:        Wal-Mart, Hanes, Target, Macy's say there are no rape victims at Classic in Jordan

A giant whitewash is in the making. Wal-Mart, Hanes, Target, Macy's, Kohl's and Lands' End appear to be joining forces with the Jordanian Government to declare that there are no rape victims at the Classic sweatshop factory. According to the Jordanian Government and the giant retailers, everything is just fine at Classic.

This is a cover-up. The Classic factory is a place of rape, cruelty, repression, terror and gross women's rights violations.

Please do not allow Wal-Mart, Hanes and the Jordanian Government to get away with this!

Together we can win! This can be a victory for women's and worker rights that is heard around the world.

We are not alone: From the United Steelworkers union to Change.org, powerful grassroots organizations are leading the struggle to end corporate abuse and the race to the bottom in the global sweatshop economy.
